New Hire Facts will attempt to verify the dates of attendance at the educational facility, the degree earned, and any honors that were received by the VPI account holder. Our agents will not attempt to verify any additional information such as: class schedule, hours earned, reason for dismissal from the facility, balance owed the educational facility, personal conduct issues, attendance history, etc. Our agents will also run a database search on the educational facility to verify that it does indeed exist and is an accredited institution. We may also verify that the phone number used during our verification matches with the educational institution during the verification process.
New Hire Facts will attempt to verify dates of employment and position held with each employer. Our agents will not attempt to verify any additional information such as reason for termination, pay rates, personal conduct issues, attendance history, etc. We may also run a database search on the employer to verify that the phone number used matches with the company called during the verification process.
New Hire Facts will attempt to verify the existence of a professional license by contacting the state licensing agency. Our agents will verify the name and current status of the professional license at the time of verification. We will not attempt to verify any additional information about the license such as: reason for revocation, insurance questions, claims history, etc.
